Hi, I've looked through the pages I see here on decal. I unistalled my version and reinstalled it using that link that's been posted for the "working" decal installer. It installs fine. I'm trying to get decal working with Go Arrow for the time being. When I log in, decal is there and the GO arrow icon, however all this pink text appears telling me that Go Arrow's having errors...certain parameters not found or something.


Without fail, evertime, just before I finish loading, a box appears, minimizing acclient saying that Acclient had an error (no details) and needs to be closed. If I click "ok" it closes AC. Funny thing is, if I alt-tab back to AC, it'll run, but pretty slow, and GO Arrow still won't work. I'm not sure if its crashing because GoArrow is having problems - that doesn't seem to make sense.


I'm using windows xp - please let me know what other info you need, I'll try to figure it out. Any tips you have would be most welcome.

OK I think I remember the export thing - I'll post it after work.

I noticed that when I open the configure screen for decal (the screen that hast the boxes you can check to choose which plugins to use) that under "Surrogates" there's a red X through the Version 1 Plugin Surrogate 2.9.6.0. Not sure what this means...updating didn't fix it. Again, thank you for your time and consideration!

Also, I am only running two plugins: GoArrow and Decal Hotkey


upon testing I was able to login with the latter, but apparently it's GoArrow that's crashing. I'll post what I have in the errors.txt in case anyone is familiar with this problem.


As luck would have it, GoArrow is the only plugin I'd like to use!

Your video card is only 32 meg. That is barely enough to run AC, and it will most certainly not run AC with Decal reliably. Sorry Ish
