Alinco Buffs install issues

ok so i dl and went to install the new version of alinco. so i says i need the new filter, so i dl and install the filter. then i could dl and install alinco. good so far. then i went to update my alinco buffs and it says i need to dl the new filter, when i click on the yes from the box that pops up it opens a new web page that says i am forbidden. so i cnnot update my alinco buffs. anyone have any thoughts?

I was under the impression that Alinco no longer supports the buffing feature.
