Out of Memory: Error 52

Any idea what this means? It pops up from time to time when I am on the web. Adaware and Windows Defender both give me a clean bill of health, as does fully updated McAfee (virus scan). Also, the computer seems to be acting very sluggish.

Does this have anything to do with AC?

Yes, but only indirectly. I go to "this" site, and AC maps and Maggies - etc, and get this error. Also, Logging into the game, switching characters in and out of game also taking forver.
