Simple Problem with LT looting system....

LT loots everything just fine except for wands.
Any idea what my problem might be. 'Enable wand looting' is on...however i never loot any wands.
Sidenote: No matter how low (quality of wand) i set the standards it does not loot any wands.

An issue I'm having is LT ignores my attack modifier rule.
