Neither Paraduck nor Replex work on ltx anymore

I have 1 toon on an account that just will not buff, It stays on the same buff over and over..I tried other computers and it still does not work....Other toons on that account will buff, I deleted profile for him...tried that...I have no Nonbuff weapons wielded..Been there....I have used LT for a long time and tried everything...Please help..

/unfilter -spellcasting didnt work, but...I did do @unfilter -all, and now it works, thank you very much
