Is there anyway to fix reinstall active X?

I'm having the same problem downloaded active X Manager 1.4 and noticed on]
Microsoft ActiveX Plugin version 1.0 Files Missing
YRegHost 1.0 Type Libary version 1.0 Files missing
Anyone know how to repair this or do i have to reformat?
