First, you should try to be patient. An hour is not a long time to wait to expect a response on these boards, especially on a nice summer weekend when many people are outside away from their computers. Any help you get here is totally unpaid, volunteer effort. Many of us are G.O.F.'s (grumpy old farts ) who may well respond to impatience by saying "tough luck, c ya in the game".

Ok now, it would help to post a few basic stats on your sytem. How new is it, is it a laptop or desktop, do you have a separate video card, and how much RAM do you have? It looks like you don't have a separate video card but are using onboard graphics in your system. That means that the video ram is shared with your main system ram. ToD needs a fair bit of ram to run, and Decal uses a lot. You might just not have enough to go around.

Then tell us if this is a first time install of Decal. Have you ever used it before on this system, or at all? If so, have you made any changes to the hardware or software of your system since the time that it DID work? Were there any errors or messages when you installed Decal? Is this a new install of AC? Do you have any problems or errors when you run AC without Decal?

All these things narrow down the possible causes.

Your export looks ok except for the issue of video ram, so until you post more info my only suggestion is that you check your options panel in the Decal control panel and see if you have "use old injection method" checked. Either way, try changing it and see if that makes any difference.

I was going to assist you until I saw this is the SECOND THREAD you made on the subject....

not only did you not just bump the old post (which you shouldn't do either), but you make a completely new TOPIC for the exact same problem.

Big no-no.

If you expect to get help on these forums, you need to follow the standard rules of these forums. Patience is rule #1 (even though it's not written down anywhere). Posting the same topic in multiple threads is a different rule (also undocumented) but I think it goes without saying in relation to #1.

See, I told ya ^^^

"duno wut ram i have or nothing....i kno nothing about computers lmao"

Ok, well at this point you have 3 options as I see it.

1. Get somebody who DOES know about computers to help you with answering the questions I asked, and trying out solutions.

2. Find a box big enough to put your laptop in and ship it to me. I'll see if I can get decal working.

3. Enjoy AC without the use of third party applications like Decal.

(I'd strongly advise against shipping your computer to a total stranger for repairs)

(ESPECIALLY one who fixes stoves and refrigerators for a living)

Good Luck
