Is it possible to have the program "respond" to allegiance chat?


E.g.

"Live" person \/

[Allegiance] Someone says, Hello!

"Macroed" bot \/ (Automatically responding)

[Allegiance] Bot says, Hi There. =)


So is it possible? If so please attach an example of code. Thank You in Advance.
