Lifetank shortcuts causing me to crash to desktop

I am certain this is a *clears throat* user error but HELP!
When I try to use any of the shortcuts /mr /hr etc - I immediately crash to desktop. What do I have configured wrong?

I'd guess you don't have one of the pre-requisites installed... I'm not sure what would cause that to happen.
Have an export?
