LT error

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

You need a different (or new ) ms winsock ocx put in your system32 folder most likely.


mswinsck.ocx is the name of the file. Don't overwrite anything, but if it isn't there already, I believe there might be a download for one on the LifeTank site. (I remember this being discussed before)

We don't have a winsock download on our site... probably have to search Microsoft's.


Unless, of course, you're running Vista. Then you'll have to do the regsvr winsock thing.

more info? they just told you what they know from what they got from your post. Maybe you should post more info... such as your operating system, and when/where you get the error. If it's vista, then perhaps you should do some research and look for a post in these forums which gives you almost a step by step fix for the problem.

Vista Ultimate...It happens when I enter the game.

then I stand by my last statement... look for the message, explaining how to fix this problem. It is pretty much a step by step.
