Which Plugin Has A Rare HUD For Time Remaining & Brillance? I think it was Alinco or AgentZ. If it's one of these 2 plugins where is it activated?

Alinco will give the countdown on a rare, as long as you have yourself selected. Not sure about Brill though.

AgentZ will do this as well.
You have to select the spell while it's active to have a countdown on your HUD.

Can you give more detailed instructions on how this is done? I have not been able to make AgentZ perform as you described.

Stats Tab => Spells Tab => Buffs
Select which spell you want tracked and you can also put in an offset in seconds.
HUD Tab => General Tab => Check Enable HUDS box
HUD Tab => Main Tab => Check Buff Box
