I searched around but didnt have anything come up. Are there any programs that will log all the main chat text?

Yes I was going to say the same thing, AC has its own chat logger
You can type /log filename.txt to begin, then just type /log to close it again.
I have found if you log out without closing it, that it gets MOST of the chat, but not the last few things before you logged off.
You will find these files, if memory serves me and please correct me if I'm wrong, in your Asheron's Call Throne of Destiny installation folder as opposed to your screenshot folder, which is under My Documents.

LogWiz gives you some more advanced options than the built-in logger.

May 2001 - A Changing of the Ways
New Functionality
Players are now given the coordinates of their characters' corpses when they die outside.
New command: “@log <filename>â€. @log'ing will log all text from the chat box to the given file name. Try @help log for more information.
Players can undertake a quest to change their characters' template names. You can stop being called “Adventurer.â€

I never tried logwiz before
I know agent z you can choose what you want to log, like alleg chat, or general chat ect, and it also has the same colors as the chat in ac. it even has an xml thing to make it look like your AC chat window IG when you look at the log file.
