Cant Download Decal

Ok, i am having problems downloading decal 3.0 and have no clue why....i finish dling it and everything then the Browse For Folder box comes up and tells me to install it to a folder. I try to install it to the folder but same thing comes up every time, then i click cancel and says decal wont work unless i install it to a folder.

That popup is asking for where Asheron's Call is installed to... not where to install Decal to.
You need to point it to the directory where your Asheron's Call installation is, and you need to read the dialogs a little better. It explains quite clearly what you have to do.
