last update 2004, i'd say it died.
defintely isn't likely to run under the new decal system.

That was one of the most useful 3rd party programs that was invented for AC

yes, Gouru took over development for one of the trade mule plugins.. and renamed it Mule Trade It! However he never introduced web functionality.
