hopefully it gets fixed soon... since the whole test server debacle, i bet the decal devs dont have that great of a relationship with the turbine devs now so decal updates will be slow.

What does the test server problems have to do with the relationship between the decal devs and turbine?


The problem for Decal Devs is that we don't have a way to pre-test memlocs. So when things change, it takes us that much longer to find the changes. I don't think that the problems really affect the relationship between Turbine and Decal Developers however.
