Im sure most of you are aware of Crysis has recently come out, and since I heard of crysis ive been wanting to import AC's world into the engine, Anyone know how I would go about this? I have the heightmaps saved but when ive tried it in the old Far Cry engine it would come out miniture sized, I know crysis supports larger maps Any help on this problem would be much appericated.

Your problem is not AC, it is crysis. Try checking on a crysis mapping site.

I know the way the Land blocks work in AC might be the problem, anyone know how i can make the height map proptional to the real size AC renders in game?

The likely problem is, I doubt the Crysis engine is designed to make one map the size of Dereth. You would likely have to cut the heightmap into chunks as big as the engine supports.

Similar to how I had to advise people to chop up the height map if they were using an unregistered version of Terragen.

Also... hello there AC people.

Ganzor! You're the awesome 'render of heightmaps' right?

It could be argued that I started it (not sure of that), but a bunch of other people made some nice pics as well.

I think the craze has mostly died out by now, but I haven't played AC in years anyway.
