this computer is a loaner from company i bought my comp from so i haven't made much effort to install decal, i'm bored though and want to get it fixed up.


The error when i'm trying to install is this


Module C:\Program Files|Decal\DecalNet.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147023898. Contact your support personnel.


I could try again and continue to get errors. Is this something anyone is familer with? I updated windows right before i did this and rebooted.

Are you logged on as admin? Try turning off DEP then after the install turn it back on.


1) Click on the My Computer icon on your desktop and go to properites.

2) Click on the advanced tab

3) Click settings under performance

4) disable DEP
