while hunting on asheron's island for bunnies to get the white rabbit to spawn, I changed the spell level from 7 to 1, and LT continues to cast lvl 7 spells. I have the lvl 1 spell on my spell bar, and it casts fine, so not out of the comps for lvl 1 spells.
I have done the normal, started/stopped/restarted macro, relogged, etc
any ideas?
