About 70% of the time I portal or change locations via a portal (recall to mansion etc) I lag out. I have no idea why, I'm using a Linksys wire/wireless router. Can anyone help me out?

First, find out if it's a decal plugin causing it. Play AC without Decal, and see if it still happens. If it does, post on Turbine's boards. If it's fine without Decal, post a Decal export here.
