Latest Lifetank development build casts Item spells before Creature...

is there a way to change the order of spells it casts in? It has gone from casting Creat Mast 6 prebuff and then doing my creature suite to casting Item Mast 6 and trying to buff with Item 7s (doesnt even try to buff focus/self before doing so, and is super irritating).
Suggestions?

and no pre-buffs so i end up buffs on my melee guy with 6's
