Vista -GoArrow: Is this decal plugin compatable with Vista?

I run Vista Business and I've reloaded it a couple times. Sometimes it works correctly and about 60% of the time the settings tab is nonfunctional! Which means I can't use it for anything  ! Anyone know of any issues like this. All the other 3 tabs of goarrow function perfectly.

if it runs at all, I'd say that it's compatible.

Yes, well that wasn't probably the best topic heading to use just one of those days.
I am looking for a work around or fix for the problem? I have further found that it functions perfectly when I first log in and the settings tab becomes nonfunctional when I switch toons. I don't have 20 posts on these boards to be able to able to qualify to send a PM to him through the VN boards and I am not familiar with his email address, so I posted here.
I appreciate the thread traffic

Sirbeepa, try posting a Decal Export, perhaps someone will notice the cause of the issue?

I resolved this via email. The problem had to do with the flakey Settings button to open the plugin UI on GoArrow's custom toolbar. Clicking the GoArrow icon on the Decal toolbar works instead.
