Ever since I came back I can't get decal to work. So I had uninstalled it and visit the sight that I was told to install it and some other components. I dl'd it but I can't get it to install. When I click on the auto-update it says start download but then I get this message :: Error occured system.net.webexception: Unable to connect to the remote server--> system.net.sockets.socketexception: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

at system.net.sockets.socket.doconnect(Endpoint endpointsnapshot, socketaddress socketaddress)


etc... it just keeps going on .. anyone know how I can get decal to install? I really miss it!


I dl'd and repaired net framework 2.0


When I click on Decal 3 Alpha 8 (2.9.6.0) and dl it and accept for install I get An error occurred while downloading a required file. You may retry downloading the file or cancel setup. Well retrying I just get the same message over and over.


When I click on Insanity-Inc Root CA and click run I get Cannot Start Application Error box in the box it says Application download did not succeed. Check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider.


The DirectX Update I get setup could not download the file. Please retry later or check network connection


Windows Installer 3.1 dl'd and installed fine.
