I can't seem to find a guide anywhere.
How do you purchase manually from a tradebot?

tell the bot help.
not all tradebots are created equal...
Somewhere here on the main page, if you use Decal, is a link to BotShopper, it makes shopping on bots point and click. It handles differences between some of the bots automatically.
