Well rather, Decal it's self is working just fine, however, the second I enable any plugins acclient.exe crashes before portalspace even shows up when loading. Without any plugins loaded AC loads fine and the decal bar is there.

Any ideas?

Hmm it seems it's only LTx causing the lockup

Any ideas?

Just tried re-installing LTx to a different directory outside of Program Files, same thing.

I had the same problem....every other plugin but LT X worked.

For now, I disabled UAC and it works fine. When I get more time I'll investigate doing it the right way.

Did you install Decal and LifeTank to a directory OTHER THAN Program Files?

I hear the restrictions on any folder under Program Files can be pretty bad, and without proper access to the folder, I don't see some plugins working.

All of the newer and well-designed plugins save configuration data to AppData or something similar because of this very issue. The Plugin itself should be the only thing actually IN Program Files. Anything that requires "Write" access should be in AppData where the user level accounts have write access.

*shrug*

Take it up with the plugin devs. But I'm assuming that moving the location of LifeTank (through an uninstall and re-install) should work.

All of my plugins were installed outside Program Files. Lifetank X was the only plugin out of about 20 that caused the crashes upon entering AC.
