not sure how well the current boards do in searching, but as i had the code still available and just (with some minor tweaks) had to turn it on, Caching BoardsSearch (searching in subjects, author and date/time on ac and wow boards at vn boards) is fully active again.

updates:

- cleaned up dbs

- added new years

- removed ac dev board
