after trying to make a specific profile for looting, My Vtank is no more working.I have make a full re-install but now it is no more working anymore.

I will try to re install it but before, does somebody can give me the tip to make a "clean" uninstall, I am quite sure that I have some part still active somewhere making the issues that i got
