ive set every thing and tried re-enabling every thing, it worked fine when i installed it now its giving me this error

im an xbow toon and have querrl shafts set and the arrow heads set, i re-set them and still all i get is this message when it tries to auto fletch.
Please any help is greatly appriceated.
