Ok so this is a ongoing ordeal.


I DLed everthing direct X and all the goods.


I tryed to update decal cause all my plugins had the red x.


it saying One of your files is already running, Cancel or try agine..


Wtf is the problem? I unistalled Decal agine restated dunno wtf to do can anyone help please.

Install the DirectX stuff first, then install the .NET Framework stuff that Decal wants/needs ... reboot the computer. Install Decal and hit the update button, and you should be good to go.


You also are not mentioning which version of Windows you're using. If it is Vista, might have a slightly different set of things you'll need to do. What I mentioned works great for XP.
