Help W/ Decal.

When I try to install it I get this..
Error writing to file: Decal.Intercorp.Core.DLL. Verify that you have access to that directory.
Any ideas?

Xp SP3.
Uh.. I'm just trying to install from the mirror download location.. It was posted in a thread I found.. I had to do a system recovery so i'm trying to get Decal going again..
