Need Decal Help: Cant install

when I try to install it tells me I need directx 9.0c, when I am running direct x 10
and then the installer closes
running xp sp3
have all the .net frameworks
tried the clean install stuff

What Decal is trying to do is download specific files it needs - which you may not have on your system.
Go to this post: http://vnboards.ign.com/ac_utilities/b5432/109450640/p1/?5 and follow the directions Digero posted (he is the final poster on that particular threat. That should solve your problems installing Decal

ok, so I got decal installed and updated, but when I go to login it crashes
