Has the Warcry atlas.xml file been updated recently? It seems every month when I update GoArrow, it is the same number of locations in the file. I know there have been new locations added - anyone know the status of this file?

From what I was told the atlas gets updated as players make submissions.

GoArrow gets the locations database from Warcry, but you can't make location submissions using the plugin. The database is entirely managed by Warcry, so you'll have to talk to them.. i.e. do what Maddy said

I noticed you won't see the number of database entries change after an update until you re-start decal.

I just looked at the code, and it appears that there is in fact a bug that causes the count of locations to almost never be updated after you update the locations database.
You can make it update the count by adding/deleting a custom location, or logging out and back in.

While we are on the subject ...
Is there a way to keep the manual changes we make while we get the Warcry update .. while not getting overwritten?

Custom locations shouldn't be overwritten when you update the database, unless "Overwrite all custom and modified locations" is checked.
