Hello. I am having an issue with Mule Trade it! and its truncation of names. There seems to be a limit on the number of characters allowed in the name (39).


This creates confusion for poeple trying to sell/buy items with names longer than that (Wrapped Bundle of Deadly Fire Arrowheads becomes Wrapped Bundle of Deadly Fire Arrowhead and Wrapped Bundle of Deadly Frog Crotch Arrowheads becomes Wrapped bundle of Deadly Frog Crotch Ar).


The workaround has been to try and inform the customer of the truncation, but then there is the issue of getting the price correct (stacks have to be different sizes to avoid cost confusion for the bot) the combination are frustrating.


Is this a known issue, and does anyone else know of a superior workaround?

I have run 2 trade bots ALOT but have not encountered this.

The Plug-in hasn't changed any in a very very long time, so I am sure this is nothing new.


Gouru asked for someone to take it over and I sent him a PM.

If he responds, then I will look into a fix, otherwise it may never get fixed.
