Decal

Have been using Decal for years......recently had a complete crash, and had to revert the computer to the state it was in when I bought it. Downloaded everything, AC, etc. Game is working fine, but when I try to install Decal, I get an error message:
"Error writing to: Decal.Interop.Core.DLL, Verify that you have access to that directory."
I did a search of my computer and no such file shows up. Anybody have any ideas ?

What OS, and where are you trying to install it to?

XP, and i wiped out all my decal downloads and re downloaded it again from the mirror site, saved it to my computer and tried to run the install from there (i have a folder for all downloads), same error message, and it tried to install without even offering me a choice of where to install to.
