Problem updating Decal

For some reason, every time I try to update Decal, I get this message: "A file being updated is in use - close programs and try again." Decal is the only thing running, so I don't know what's up with that...any suggestions?

Using Vista?
Right click on Decal to start it, and click "Run as an administrator"
