I dl'ed and unzipped files but now I'm stuck not knowing where to put two files in particular.

Both have self installers for their main parts, but both also have an extra zipped file to dl.
Where do I put these unzipped files? In their parent plug-in file or separately in program files? Or somewhere else completely?

1) the vb.net source codes file
2) the server file for HWAC-Stats

Please help. I'm feeling like it's so obvious but I'm the only one who can't see it.
