Things I would try
1) update video drivers
2) disable the filters also

i cant find where to update the drivers for the video card either, integrated graphics always tell me to go to the manufacturer.. then they always have the one set "original drivers"

Manually run windows update http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

If they do not have an update you can check with either S3 or Via - if you look in device manager it might tell you the exact model of your card.

Disable Virindi View Service. It fails if you don't have some obscure DX9 components installed (The bundle installer links you to the install for those components).

I would say... get a video card that was made sometime in the last 10 years. A 64MB video card will not cut it for todays game..

Good catch. VVS may not run at all with such low video memory. Decal will also be likely to encounter issues.

Set texture detail to lowest.

yea its old as hell, and i did disable VVS... obviously i run everything on lowest settings..

i was able to get ingame with it running, and able to view the decal plugins, but when i click run macro in Vtank it just locks up and i have to alt+f4 it...

i also cant find the exact model of gfx installed, its probably just too old.
