Help with virindi tank and looting

I can not seem to get Vtank to loot I am trying to set it up to loot pyreal gold and silver peas. I also want it to loot steel items to salvage. Can anyone help me with what I can get it to do to loot these items and what plug in I would get to salvage the steel for me thanks.
