Strange log in Vtank - Lockes Army Knife effect

L L5RC2, Vtank 3.1.0
log in and a window the size of LAK is displayed.
upper left corner is the LAK icon followed by the line Virindi Tank v.0.3.1.0 and the rest of the Options main display as will fit in the LAK Main window.
Doesn't happen on all chars only some at login, only on one machine?
any clues?

Funny, for me this used to happen with VirindiItemTool and VTank, sometimes QuestTimer and VTank, but never with one of my own plugins.
It seemed to be more likely to happen when relogging/switching character, but hardly ever on a fresh login - and it also seemed to happen more often when I logged out with a decal view open.
I didn't notice it happen at all after I installed VVS (which also renders much faster), but I can't promise that VVS will fix the issue - I just am not sure if it is some rare bug in the VVS Connector code, in VTank or in Decal itself. I am 99% sure tho that LAK is not the culprit

I'm pretty sure it's a Decal problem.
Kinda like how plugins sometimes activate themselves on login...Eltank used to do that almost everytime.

the machine it's happening on has vtank classic none of the vvs, chat, report ect.
and yes it's more apt to happen after log in-outs
also glad to see i'm not crazy and you know what i'm talking about.
so lets call up the decal boys and get it fixed. as it's been my experience of this is causing one problem it probably causing some others (equally as obscure).

I kinda consider Decal Views a lost cause at this point. I'm not sure how much anyone else wants to mess with them, either.
The current Decal Views were just supposed to be a temporary hack anyway.

yes was usualy after the first log in when switching chars to mule or summon portal or snag mini boss trophies.
switching from Vtank classic to the bundled stuff apears to have eliminated the situation.
