Decal messed up bigtime

I was having problems getting decal to update yesterday, so I tried to remove it to reinstall.
There was an error removing it (couldn't find the .msi file) to the remove operation halted.
No I can't install it nor remove it.
Anyone know what to clean out so I can reinstall? This is on vista.
