Decal won't update on my new Dell Laptop with Windows 7. I don't know a lot about computers, so I'm not sure why it won't update. Has anyone experienced this and if so, did you fix it?

Did you login and patch first before you tried to update? If not then try that, Decal won't update unless you login and patch first.
