ac dual client fails to establish connection to the server, when i try to sign in a second account

When i try to connect my second account, i get an error saying: Failed to establish connection to the server. Please try again in a few minutes.
this just randomly started happening, it was working fine, but one day it just strted giving me this message, thanks for any help

did you try a reboot and click on the find path button
