alinco buffs
I heard that if you are buffing level 8's but don't have all of them learned, that it doesn't fallback and cast the level 7 equivalent. is that true, and if so is there a fix other than manually casting them?

alinco buffs
Not sure about Alinco Buffs, but it works for Alinco3Buffs. I have a mix of 7 and 8 creature buffs on my tinker and it does both.
