Yes, I have been gone for some time now.
I am looking to get up to speed, and this would help me greatly.

ScrollReader3 lists missing spells, not sure if it lists ALL levels though.

pretty sure scrollreader 3 lists ATLEAST lvl 7/8 missing spells. other levels may also but i didn't run it for those so not 100% sure. ran it months ago for missing 7/8 listing.

Btw, the ScrollReader page (as well as all my other pages) should be back up.
I will consider a new server next month, which hopefully should stop those random server downtimes.

Shrugs I don't worry too much about the lower level spells, I make sure I have some pack space get some pyreals and set Scroll Reader 3 to work.
My imperfect memory tells me the number of non-buyable special spells below level 7 is small and usually easily checked. Most are recalls or the lesser fellowship spells with the exception of Lifestone sending...
