A little VT melee help

So far I am liking Virindi Tank. I do have a question about setting up my lowbie melee. I would like to set him up to always attack low and minimum power so he attacks faster. Default VT setting is medium full power. I have gotten him to attack low like normal, but whatever I do VT still attacks at full power. I did some searching and couldn't find the answer. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Turn off AutoAttackPower under advanced.
