Well it wasn't as simple as I thought...

How do I allow my Castaway bot to respond to !Whereto on the General Chat Channel? I can add spells and other things, just can't get it to respond to that.

You can't. It'd have to be coded into castaway to respond to general chat requests.

in tells it's manipulated in the spells.xml file for creating new commands/spells
