I'm getting the "Process performance counter is disabled" message. I run windows 7 64 bit.


I was able to get ACDC and decal running at the same time on this machine roughly two months ago. I came back to the game as I normally would and now it doesn't work. I get this error upon trying to log in with ACDC. Help??


I've read about people doing the "/lodctr /r" thing but that did not work for me. I've also heard about copying + pasting some type of folder from another machine running windows 7 into mine?


edit - Decal still works fine but I cannot log in with ACDC at all.

Wow I fixed it....


IMPORTANT: If you are using vista or windows 7 you MUST run the command prompt in administrator mode otherwise you will get some sort of "error 5".

Once you run the command prompt in administrator mode simply type "lodctr /R". This worked for me.
