Plugins written in VB?

I was wondering if there are any open-source plugins that were written in VB? Im in the process of learning how to code decal plugins and the outdated documentation is of little help. I guess it doesn't have to be functional, but rather basic would be awesome. I just need some examples to look at. Thanks
