Help with Dual Client issue

I have window XP running.
I am tring to install acdualclient.msi
I keep getting message saying , can't open the install package because of the wrong window installer.
I have installed the window installer 4.5.
Any help?
I got all the Net framework installed.

You could probably use a zip program like 7zip to extract all of the file and then install it, but there is a new dual client plugin that losado, the dev for alinco, released last week. Look for his thread below this.

I am having trouble running the acdualclient.msi file in c:\program\AC Dual Client
It keeps saying "Couldn't open the Installation package. wrong window installer package"
