Q1 - Does order matter for the Network Filters, Services, Surrogates, Input Actions?
If Yes leads to question 2.
Q2 - What are the order they are supposed to be in?

Short question long -
I think I did something that broke Alinco properly detecting items on its own, and it might be breaking some other things for me as well. Before I whine to the plugin authors that its broke, I want to make sure that everything else is in order first. I figured start with the basics as it appears I am having problems with other plugins functioning correctly.

I dual log alot, XP, all windows updates current.

why didn't you just post the whole export instead of snippets?


i've got alinco3 loaded and i dont have an alincofilter so i'm wondering what version of alinco you are running, and why you have an alicno filter and i don't

I don't believe that the order matters, I've never seen any posts about it being an issue. *shrug*


And, I looked but can't find where I saw it, but I think Losado eliminated the need for Alinco filter with the "*newer*" versions.

And I am doing snippets so I can check off each section as being the source of the issue or not.
The fact that Alinco3 is having issues and another plugin is showing similar issues of not getting data correctly points at me having goofed something somewhere on a basic level.

The filter might be a hold over from previous incarnations.
I will drop it and see what happens.

you have alinco buffs, which I don't, thus you probably do have a need for the alincofilter which I dont

For properly written code, order doesn't matter.

It is possible that order could matter but if that were the case it would be a bug.

Thank you VI, I will sit and play musical plugins tonight and see if I can track it to 1 plugin causing issues.
