So far I've basically run into every problem possible. Every solution has been here here thusfar. After downloading every little thing i could find on this subject I have yet to find a solution to the X in the area marked decal fileservice. It's almost as if the file isn't there as it seems to think so in the export, but when I look in the folder it is clearly there. Some help would be nice =]

Oh forgot to say. The error causes decal not to open with AC at all. ^

the decalfile server No version is a big error, and no i don't know what is the issue.

it is very unfortunate that this site's search utility sucks, as I think VI addressed this issue several weeks back and no i dont remember the details of how fixed or even what thread it was in.


short of complete de-installing Decal, cleaning up the resgistry of decal and doing a fresh install I've got no clue as how to address this issue (heck doing all that MIGHT not help either).

I've actually done so quite a few times. I just think my computer is retarded >.>

Was netframework for my machine. Doing the system restore broke that program.

Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work as it doesnt take care of the program,,,,along the way I found a little program thru microsoft that completely and properly uninstalls netframework from your machine cleanly that you then can reinstall (start with version 1 and work way up in order). After this, the decal fileservice dll came back and am running decal once again.
